The wedding was held at Deerpond Plantation, which happens to owned by one of her many brothers, so throughout the day there was a special sense of familiarity and comfort given from everyone. It was home. It was close family and friends. It was what a wedding day is supposed to me.
With that comfort came many happy faces, little to no stress and nothing but good times had by everyone. I also had a fantastic time getting to hang out with everyone and be a part of their special day.

my name is lisa firczak, now lisa murphy. my father (now dec)was George Eduard Firczak, his father was John firczak. dad's mother lived in Budapest, george had a sister called Elsa who I believe was a doctor but she died when she was around 26. she had a son - Stefan, or steven. dad came to australia in 1954 -55 and had four children - elsa, lisa, george and peter. we are the only firczk's in australia. regards lisa
