Baby Nate!

So my good friend Wendy's sister had a baby earlier this year and she asked me to take some photos of him. I did. This is my first baby shoot i've done, but he is pretty much adorable so he made it look like i knew what i was doing. I had a blast with this kid, he is constantly doing things that make you go "awww".
We are doing a shoot with him every 3 months and we've forgotten a shoot or two so here are the 3 that we have done so far. going from newborn, 3 months, to i think like 8 months.

Becky & Randall

Ok, so this shoot was a long time coming. These guys have been together and in love for about 8 years now, I believe, and they are still going strong. You don't find that much these days and you can't help but appreciate it. I think you can easily see through the photographs that these guys are made for each other.
We went to a couple locations for this shoot and had to move quickly to beat the sun, which seems to be getting pretty quick lately. We first started at this old run down Boxcar store in downtown lincolnton. I think it used to be an actual part of a train. I don't know the whole story behind that place but I would like to know it. Then I took to them to this farm and caught the sunset and a few good shots to go along with it.
Also, typically Rachel comes along and helps me out with these shoots, but this time Wendy came along to lend a hand and assist me. So thank you Wendy.

Lori & Alan

I had never met these two before the shoot but it took no time before I could easily tell these two were made for each other. On top of that, they acted like they've been in front of the camera all their lives even though they deny it. Every time I would think of an idea, they would already be in the process of doing it before i asked. It was like they were reading my mind, and that makes for a very easy shoot. Here are a few of the results.

Theo & Rudy

These two dogs have been asking me to do a photo shoot of them for as long as i can remember. Finally i had enough time and the leaves were nice so i said yes and they were all about it. Here are a few shots from the doggy shoot...

This is Rudy. She likes to pose like she's on myspace. She also enjoys playing in the leaves.

This is Theo. He likes to wink at you. He will also shake your hand.

Those are my dogs. They are pretty rad.

First Post: Hollywood Style

Look at me, I'm blogging. I feel so...Hollywood.

So along with my new website, I am making a new blog to update as new shoots come along. It's a pretty basic idea really.
