Nates 1 year photoshoot!

If you have kept up with this blog from the early days, and I know you have, you would have noticed all of little Nates growing up shots. We started in his first few weeks, then 3 months, then skipped to 8 months and here we are at 1 year. He has basically kept his same look and stayed true to himself. I'm not gonna lie, once he gained the ability to walk he wasn't so easy to take picture of. He liked to run away from ya and he is quick, so thats the reason why we don't see too many walking pictures. He is still making adorable faces and is overall a very happy baby, so be prepared for many pictures to look at. Enjoy!

It was very hard picking and choosing which orange couch pictures to post, it was hard enough narrowing it down to 4.

My First Book Cover!

So I probably should have asked him more details before I posted this blog because I don't know when this thing is coming out or anything important like that, but I will tell you what I know. My friend Jonathan Richards wrote his 2nd book called "To Love And Be Loved", as you can see by the picture below, and asked me to take his head shot for the back of the book and he decided to use an old picture that I took for his cover. You can click on the link and ask him the details if you would like.
But yeah, as you can imagine, it's an honor to have my picture on his book so a big thank you goes out to him and I can't wait to read it!

Jake The Pup

Earlier today I was over visiting my good friends Wendy and Daniel. It had snowed a pretty good bit the night before so I brought my camera to take some snow pics and they just happened to have a brand new puppy named Jake(named after Jake Delhomme) and I can't NOT take pictures of a puppy, now can I? He is a cocker spaniel/ golden retriever mix. You can't see it in these pics but he has the stubby tail that the spaniels have.

Now I know these aren't the perfect pictures, I know they are slightly grainy and the focus isn't perfect in all of the pictures, but just let the cuteness of the puppy make you forget all about that technical stuff and just enjoy it.

These are two different pictures. I promise. He is just good at staying still.
